CerebroCare – Stroke Recovery Management Platform

Role: Co-Founder | Product Strategy | Product Development | ML Integration | 2-person team (Engineer & Doctor)
Focus: Post-stroke rehabilitation for underserved populations

CerebroCare is a digital health solution designed to close gaps in stroke rehabilitation by enabling personalized, data-informed recovery pathways. As co-founder, I led product strategy, conducted stakeholder research with clinicians and patients, and drove the design of our MVP focused on recovery tracking, remote monitoring, and adherence support.

Key Outcomes:

  • Spearheaded product roadmap, aligning clinical needs with feasibility and scalability

  • Built MVP with feedback loops from neurologists and therapists in the field

  • Developed ML-based risk models to identify adherence drop-offs and recovery plateaus

  • Conducted user testing and refined UX to ensure accessibility for older patients

  • Positioned the product for early pilots through pitch competitions and medical demos

This project reflects my ability to take a complex healthcare problem, synthesize insights across user and system needs, and bring a technically sound, human-centered product to life - balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
